Do you provide International delivery?
International Shipping is handled using UPS only. Buyer is subject to paying shipping fee's whether international or local (USA)
How do I return an item?
You will be emailed a return label. The shipping label cost will be covered on a returned item.
What is your returns policy?
Cluen will accept returns within 10 days of receipt for all US orders. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Credits will be released once Cluen receives the item, inspects it, and determines it is eligible for return. All items must be unused and in original condition. Cluen has the right to refuse returns. (NOTE custom rugs are final sale)
